These terms explain the Stampelier app, your creations and Atelier Pro purchases.
Your content
Your photos, notes and creations remain yours. Use photos and other material you have permission to use. You are responsible for what you create and share. Stampelier’s name, artwork, software and supplied page designs remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Using the app
Stampelier helps you create photo stamps and personal scrapbook pages. Your local collection depends on the photos, permissions and storage available on your device. A saved stamp reopened for editing is a flattened image; it does not retain its original editable photo layers.
Atelier Pro lifetime access
Atelier Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the included collection of 24 current page layouts, including the 12 Pro layouts. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. Your local price is shown by the App Store before you confirm.
Lifetime access applies to the included purchased features while the app and those features remain available and compatible with supported devices. It is not a promise that every future separate product, service or content pack will be included. Existing saved pages can still be opened without creating a new Pro page.
Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Restore on the Atelier Pro screen with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple verifies purchase eligibility. Pending or unverified transactions do not unlock Pro. Refunds and revoked transactions may remove the entitlement.
Apple processes payment and refund requests. For purchase help, visit Apple billing support. The app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Keeping copies
Keep copies of creations that matter to you. Removing the app, deleting photos, changing photo permissions or losing access to your device can affect your collection. Stampelier does not provide an account-based cloud backup of notes or page layouts.
Updates and support
App features and supported operating systems may change. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms. See our privacy policy for information about data, or visit support for practical help.
