How do I create my first stamp?
Open the creation action in Stampelier. Select a photo or use the camera, choose a shape and effect, then save. Your finished stamp is saved to Photos and can be found in Memories.
How do I make a scrapbook page?
In Memories, choose New to browse page templates. Pick a free design or unlock Atelier Pro for the full collection. Add your saved stamps to the layout, then save the page.
How do I restore Atelier Pro?
Open Settings → Atelier Pro → Restore. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased the lifetime product and connect to the internet. Apple verifies the purchase; a different account may not have the same entitlement.
Why is my purchase still pending?
Some purchases require approval, such as Ask to Buy, or additional action with Apple. Pro unlocks after Apple provides a verified successful transaction. Do not purchase repeatedly; check your Apple Account and billing status.
Why can’t I see a saved photo?
Check Stampelier’s photo permissions in iOS Settings. If access is limited, allow access to the relevant photo or select it again when prompted. A photo stored only in iCloud may need to be downloaded in Photos first.
Can I edit the original photo again?
A saved stamp is a flattened image with its cut and filter already applied. Reopening it edits a copy of that saved stamp. To start again from the original photo, create a new stamp from your library.
What happens if I delete the app?
Local notes, tags, dates and page layouts may be deleted with the app. Finished stamps saved to Photos are managed separately by Photos. Export important creations and keep device backups. Restoring Pro restores eligible paid access, not deleted local memories.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchase refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account and follow Apple’s refund process. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
